Cleanway have cleaned common stairs in Edinburgh for over 30 years and now look after more than 135 stairs every week for residents and property managers.
Same day, same time, every time
Choose a clean every one, two or four weeks. It will always fall on the same day and at the same time, so every resident knows when the stair is due.
We supply all cleaning materials and equipment, even the water. There is no need to let us in: we usually gain access through the buzzer system, or we can have a key cut if everyone is out at work during the day.
Every surface in the stair
We vacuum carpeted stairs and clean every type of hard surface, including stone, veitchi, marble, terrazzo, concrete and lino. We sweep the entire stair, clean the windows, and polish banisters and ledges. Deep cleans after building work are also available.

No plug sockets? Not a problem
Some stairs have no power points on the landings. We carry battery powered hoovers, so carpeted and hard floored stairs can still be cleaned properly from top to bottom.
We deal with every resident
Rather than one neighbour having to collect money from everyone else, we can deal with each resident directly and collect payment from each household individually. This is ideal for apartment blocks and larger stairs.
